Smoothest drawing compound bows. An Engineering Masterpiece.
The smoothest drawing compound bows are easy to draw and a pleasure to shoot. Load one up and feel the difference.
While many bows on the market can claim high speed ratings, very few can offer such performance in a bow that is easy to draw and a pleasure to shoot. However, Mathews owners are never forced to compromise between owning the smoothest drawing compound bows and fast arrow speed.
The smoothest drawing compound bows are a Marriage of Features
Thanks to ingenious cam designs and the revolutionary Reverse Assist Roller Guard (which replaces old-fashioned cable rods and slides), harsh draw-cycles and speed no longer go hand-in-hand. The major advantage of the Reverse Assist Roller Guard is that it reduces friction; resulting in much smoother draw cycle by positioning cables in a reverse manner; in front rather than behind the roller guard. Traditional roller guards position cables on the back side of the roller guard and cause the cables to wrap tighter as the bow is drawn back and therefore places more pressure on the cables. The Reverse Assist Roller Guard allows the cable to roll with less tension in a fully contained roller guard and ultimately makes the smoothest drawing compound bows smoother since there is less tension on the cable.
